The UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) wants to make the words “You have cancer” a little less scary for the more than 1.6 million people diagnosed with this disease in the US each year. We help “Make Cancer Less Scary” by funding the most promising research initiatives of the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, creating more effective approaches to cancer prevention, diagnosis and therapy.
All proceeds support highest priority cancer research at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
This year, we hosted an online art show with a theme of "Scary/Beautiful", and received amazing submissions from incredibly talented artists! Our top three were chosen from an online vote, and our judges picked their favorite submissions. If you are interested in any of the art, you can contact the artists directly (each artwork below contains a link to the artist website or social media).
CONGRATULATIONS to our top three artists!
